Job Title: Non-Tech Recruiter (Contract) – (Walk in , Monday to pm)Location: ChennaiEmployment Type: ContractAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to support hiring for our US Residential Mortgage Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in mortgage domain hiring and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment for both volume and niche roles within the operations function.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for the US Residential Mortgage domain, including roles in Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Quality Control.Partner with business teams to understand position requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.Source candidates through job portals and social media.Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ suitability, domain exposure, and communication skills.Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards regularly.Support hiring drives and virtual interviews across Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad locations.Required Skills & Experience:2 to 4 years of experience in non-technical recruitment, preferably in US mortgage domain hiring.Strong knowledge of hiring for Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Post-Closing roles.Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring within tight timelines.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.Comfortable working from Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad based on business needs.Flexibility to support extended hours when required for US-shift coordination.????
