Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Noida. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
Experience in web analytics and online marketing
Strong communication skills
Experience in creating effective marketing campaigns
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Experience with email marketing platforms
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Required Skills & Knowledge: ·      Coordinate the creation and posting of content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity.
·       Mandated expertise with HUBSPOT.
·      Execute the content strategy, encompassing writing, reviewing, and editing content such as case studies, email copy, landing pages, blogs, sales collateral, and website content.
·        Support development of internal communications, including executive-level emails and team blog posts, demonstrating knowledge of applicable products and markets.
·        Utilize digital channels to support client events and generate business inquiries and sales leads.
·        Build and enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns for various products, launched on multiple media platforms.
·        Measure campaign effectiveness accurately throughout product delivery stages, providing high-quality leads for multiple campaigns.
·        Actively track industry trends and opportunities, making appropriate changes to messaging and campaigns.
·        Make recommendations for changes in market segmentation, including adjustments to personas reflecting consumer behavior changes.
·        Devise content and brand strategies to drive exceptional growth and brand equity.
·        Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
·        Develop and execute promotional activities to increase visibility and engagement with blog posts and social media content.
·        Maintain a marketing calendar to plan and schedule content releases, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
·        Identify and engage with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and promote content effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities: ·      Blog Engagement Rate: Percentage of blog readers who engage with the content through likes, comments, or shares.
·      Social Media Growth Metrics: Measure of social media account growth in terms of followers, engagement, and reach.
·      Promotional Campaign ROI: Evaluation of the return on investment (ROI) from promotional activities, including increased website traffic, leads, or conversions.
·      Lead Quality: Assessment of the quality of leads generated from digital marketing campaigns.
·      Content Performance: Analysis of content effectiveness based on metrics such as views, engagement, and conversions.
·      Brand Awareness: Measure of brand visibility and recognition across digital channels.
·      Influencer Impact: Evaluation of the impact of influencer collaborations on brand reach and engagement.
