Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and coordination with third-party agencies. Experience in the finance or Banking, Financial Services, OR Insurance (BFSI) sector is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance BimaPay's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Agency Coordination:
Identify, hire, and collaborate with third-party agencies for content creation, design, and social media management.
Oversee the development and maintenance of the BimaPay website, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and user experience best practices.
Develop press releases, media kits, and handle media inquiries to promote company news and product launches.
Marketing Materials:
Collaborate with internal design teams and external vendors to create compelling marketing materials for merchants and partners.
Ensure all materials are consistent with brand messaging and effectively communicate product value propositions. (hm1)
Qualifications:
·      Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
·      Proven experience in marketing and communications, mandatory(hm2)  in BFSI sector.
·      Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
·      Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
·      Strong ability to coordinate with third-party agencies and vendors.
·      Experience in website development oversight and content management.
·      Proficiency in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
·      Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
·      Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
·      Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
