StakeholderEngagement:

Establishand maintain positive relationships with the clients &government agencies contractors and other stakeholders involved inthe MRFproject.

Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather requirements provide project updatesand address any issues orchanges.

DocumentationandReporting:

Maintainaccurate project documentation including project plans progressreports minutes of the meetings and relevantcorrespondence.

Prepareregular status reports for government officials and stakeholdershighlighting project milestones risks andaccomplishments.

Ensurecompliance with all regulations policies and procedures related tothe MRFproject

Ensuretimely invoicing to client payment collections and cash flowprojections against the defined projecttimelines.

Survey:

Stakeholder mapping audits and materialcharacterization

Excellentpeople skills with ability to conduct surveys and fieldwork.

Toutilize the designed framework and oversee the data collectionprocess. Data analytics to draw constant feedback and redesign theproject executionconstantly.

Establishaudit templates and oversee execution of audits being conductedacross the District. Take necessary measures to enable complianceas per auditrequirements.

Designand supervise supply chain mapping across the District for drywaste management and establish relationships with authorized enddestinations forwaste.

TechnicalSupport:

Providetechnical advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholdersinvolved in the setup of theMRF.

EquipmentSelection and Procurement: Collaborate with the project team toidentify suitable equipment machinery and definingspecifications.

Assistin the procurement process by evaluating vendors obtaining quotesand tender process. Installation and Configuration: Oversee theinstallation and configuration of MRF equipment including conveyorbalers and other machinery. Coordinate with contractors techniciansand equipment suppliers to ensure proper setup and integration andTraining of the MRF operator on plantoperation

MRFConsultancy

MRFconsultancy projects for Government & private wastemanagement organizations and field visits as per therequirement

Tokeep a close watch on tendering of MRF consultancies called byvarious Government & privatebodies.

Incharge of responding to MRFrelated inquiries and creating proposalsin accordance with clientneeds

Maintaindatabase of customers orders and enquiries inhouseCRM.

Tofacilitate the establishment of MRF for ZWP in the newcities

Establishand promote MRF equipment sales to the WMA and other relevantstakeholders.

Identifyrisks and plan to mitigate risks related to consultancyprojects.
