Role Description:
We are seeking a State Head for the regions of Delhi and Haryana who will spearhead our operational and strategic initiatives in these crucial markets. This leadership role includes managing daily operations, overseeing a team, and executing advanced sales strategies to broaden market penetration and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of operations and sales within Delhi and Haryana.
- Implement innovative sales strategies that significantly impact market presence and profitability.
- Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead a team with a focus on achieving business goals and fostering a competitive yet cooperative environment.
- Analyze market trends to tailor strategies that align with both regional and company-wide objectives.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the AlcoBev industry, demonstrating a deep understanding and expertise in the spirits and wines sector.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating teams to exceed their targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and building partnerships.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies within the spirits and wine market.
- Ability to work flexibly and adaptably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
