Responsibilities :

- Design and Development : Explain and communicate design and development aspects to customers, ensuring clarity and alignment with requirements.

- Break down complex problems into logical components and develop user interfaces and business software components using .NET and C#.

- Testing and Evaluation : Perform and evaluate test results against product specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

- Estimate time and effort required for developing and debugging features/components.

- Environment Testing: Perform and evaluate tests in the customer or target environment to validate functionality and performance.

- Make quick decisions on technical or project-related challenges encountered during testing.

- Team Management: Manage a team, mentor team members, and handle people-related issues effectively.

- Maintain high motivation levels and positive dynamics within the team.

- Set goals for self and the team, providing feedback to team members as necessary.

- Interfacing and Collaboration: Interface with other teams, designers, and parallel practices to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.

- Drive conference calls with customers to address questions and concerns.

- Communication and Presentation: Create and deliver impactful technical presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating the value and capabilities of the developed solutions.

- Follow high levels of business etiquette in all communication channels.

- Proactive Assistance: Proactively ask for and offer help within the team and across departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and support.

- Pressure Handling and Planning: Ability to work under pressure, determine dependencies and risks, and facilitate planning while handling multiple tasks effectively.

- Build confidence with customers by delivering on-time and with quality.

- Resource Management: Estimate time, effort, and resources required for developing/debugging features/components.

- Ensure appropriate utilization of software and hardware resources.

- Analytical and Problem-solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges and find effective solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in .NET development, utilizing C#.

- Expertise in database security and application security principles.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and handling people-related issues.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- High level of business etiquette in all communication channels.

- Proactive and collaborative attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to customers.
