Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled AUTOSAR Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive software testing, with specific experience in AUTOSAR (AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture) standards and methodologies. As an AUTOSAR Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of embedded software systems in automotive applications by designing, implementing, and executing test plans and strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • 1. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AUTOSAR-based embedded software systems.
  • 2. Collaborate with software developers and system engineers to understand requirements and design appropriate test scenarios.
  • 3. Perform manual and automated testing of software modules and components according to AUTOSAR standards and guidelines.
  • 4. Identify, analyze, and report software defects and anomalies using issue tracking tools.
  • 5. Participate in design reviews, code inspections, and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with AUTOSAR specifications.
  • 6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the organization.
  • 7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AUTOSAR technology and incorporate best practices into testing efforts.
  • 8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Requirements :
  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 2. Proven experience in automotive software testing, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in AUTOSAR testing.
  • 3. Strong understanding of AUTOSAR architecture, methodology, and configuration.
  • 4. Proficiency in software testing techniques, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, dSPACE, etc.).
  • 5. Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, CAPL, etc.).
  • 6. Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and diagnostic protocols (e.g., UDS, OBD-II).
  • 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • 8. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • 9. Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety standards is a plus.
  • 10. Automotive SPICE or CMMI certification is desirable.
  • 11. JLPT Certificate.
