Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect Urban Planner to join our team, with a unique emphasis on blending architectural and urban planning expertise with research and business analysis acumen. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in not only contributing to the core functions of architectural and urban planning projects but also conducting in-depth research and business analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Architectural and Urban Planning:Design and oversee architectural and urban planning projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and origin requirements.Develop creative and sustainable solutions for urban development and architectural design challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive urban planning.

Research and Analysis:Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Analyze data to identify opportunities, challenges, and market trends impacting the projects.Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

Business Strategy:Collaborate with business development teams to identify potential opportunities.Analyze market demands and competition to contribute to the development of effective business strategies.Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and feasibility studies.

Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with clients, stakeholders, and community members to understand their needs and preferences.Present findings and proposals, incorporating research and analysis to justify design decisions.

Project Management:Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Collaborate with project teams to integrate research findings and business insights into project planning and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.Proven experience in architectural design and urban planning.Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.Business acumen with experience in market analysis and strategy development.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
