Digital Marketing Strategist

Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to direct our online marketing strategies and expand our digital presence. This position requires a balance of creativity, analytics, and leadership, along with strong content writing capabilities to guide and oversee the content production team. You will develop, implement, track, and optimize our marketing campaigns across diverse digital channels while ensuring brand alignment and high-quality content. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Planning o Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. o Define and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs for all digital campaigns. 2. Content Development & Oversight o Create and refine written content for various digital platforms when necessary. o Provide guidance, feedback, and editorial direction to content writers and copywriters. o Ensure content is on-brand, SEO-friendly, and resonates with target audiences. 3. Campaign Management o Oversee the planning, creation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across channels (e.G., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). o Drive traffic and conversions through targeted campaigns, A/B testing, and continuous optimization. 4. Team Leadership o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists and content writers. o Foster a collaborative environment that supports learning and professional development. 5. Performance Analysis & Reporting o Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. o Use data to refine strategies, adjust budget allocations, and identify new growth opportunities. 6. Technology & Tools o Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms. o Recommend and implement new marketing technologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 7. Brand Management o Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. o Identify opportunities to elevate the brand and engage with online communities. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (master's degree or relevant certifications a plus). - Experience: o 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. o Demonstrated track record of developing and managing content strategies. - Technical Skills: o Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.G., HubSpot, Marketo). o Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising tools. o Strong understanding of SEO best practices and analytics. o Proven ability to drive successful multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Content & Writing Skills: o Excellent written communication and editorial skills. o Ability to craft compelling, on-brand content and oversee a team of content creators. - Soft Skills: o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. o Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity and data-driven decision-making. o Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
