Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Skills Required: 1. Strong programming skills in Core Java and object-oriented design. 2. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate. 3. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. 4. Good understanding of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. 5. Version control knowledge (Git/GitHub). 6. Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Certification in Java or Full-Stack Development is a plus. 3.
