Blue Spire Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payments Solutions Architect and Domain Knowledge Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform, ACI Universal Payments (UP) Framework, Swift Payments, and Message Translation Service (MTS). This role combines domain expertise, product ownership, and solution architecture to deliver innovative payment solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and domain knowledge expert with a deep understanding of the Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform (EPP), including its architecture, features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
  • Design and architect end-to-end payment solutions that leverage Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform or Swift Payments, and ACI MTS.
  • Work on integrating the Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform with other systems and third-party services.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability with other payment systems, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and other integration components as needed.
  • Monitor the performance of solutions implemented on the Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize configurations for better efficiency and scalability.
  • Utilize monitoring tools and analytics to gather insights and drive data-driven improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the payments domain.
  • Provide strategic insights and guidance on payments solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and research to support product development and client needs.
  • Experience with other payment platforms and technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards in the financial industry (e.g., PCI, DSS, GDPR ).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the payments industry, with a focus on Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform, ACI Universal Payments (UP) Framework, Swift Payments, and MTS.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Solution Architect, or Domain Knowledge Expert in the payments domain.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, messaging standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or relevant project management methodologies is a plus.
