We're Hiring: Client & Studio Coordinator Location : Mumbai (Hybrid)Experience : 2–5 years at a design or architecture studioCompany : Maison VistaarAre you someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment? Maison Vistaar is looking for a multi-talented Studio Coordinator who gets the world of design, loves systems, and can wear many hats.Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for all leads via WhatsApp, Instagram & emailSchedule consultations , maintain calendars, and send remindersAssist in client onboarding , share introductory decks, and explain service flowCoordinate with designers , site engineers & vendors to ensure deliverables move on timeDocument meetings , update trackers, and follow up with internal team membersPost job openings, screen resumes, set up interviews with candidatesMaintain project timelines, photoshoot schedules, and internal foldersLiaise with the founder (Khushboo) to prioritize weekly tasks✅ What We're Looking For Experience in an interior design or architecture studio is essentialHas worked as a design assistant, EA, coordinator, or studio managerStrong knowledge of design workflows (layout, 3Ds, site recce, handovers, etc.)Well-versed with tools like Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, Zoom, Canva, Google SheetsStrong spoken & written English — must be client-facing and articulateIs a multitasker, great at follow-ups, scheduling, and team nudgesBonus if you’ve helped manage hiring, social media, or content calendarsThis Role Is Not For You If: You’ve never worked in a design or creative studioYou are only looking for backend/admin workYou're uncomfortable with dynamic roles that require flexibilityTo Apply: Email your CV to Contact: Mr. Vishal –
