Job Title:BIM Head/Manager/Senior Manager - AEC Upskilling CoursesJob Summary:The BIM Head /Senior Manager will lead the BIM department and oversee the implementation, management, and execution of BIM strategies across all projects. This role is responsible for driving the adoption of BIM standards, ensuring the efficient use of BIM tools, and collaborating with various teams to optimize project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:-Design and develop comprehensive BIM courses content, including modules, case studies, and practical exercises.-Ensure the curriculum is up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices, with inputs from industry experts and academicians-Coordinate with Content Production team for the development of interactive and engaging courses-Define learning path of students on Learning Management System-Develop grading rubrics for junior faculty to assess student performance on quizzes, assignments, projects-Create and monitor Net Promoter Score metrics for faculty performance on live classes-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the BIM course and faculty performance.-Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified Mentors / faculty membersRequirements:- Full time-Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.-4-10 years of overall experience-3+ years of industry experience and 2+ years of experience in conducting corporate/student trainings-Excellent command of Spoken English-Demonstrated history of developing BIM courses with repository of high quality international projects-Demonstrated history of leading live classes on main topics where needed-Ability to deliver high engagement programs and keep students motivated-Knowledge of relevant industry software, plugins, international codes and standardsNice to Have:-Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools-Familiarity with AEC upskilling courses and industry trends
