Description:
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives within our company. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the executive's office.
Responsibilities:
● Support the CEO team in day-to-day brand responsibilities.
● Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
● Office Management
● Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of assignments.
● Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues.
● Help prepare for presentations by creating any necessary marketing materials (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, marketing books etc.).
● Collaborate with the team, and engage with cross (Ops, Creative, Packaging, Project Management, Consumer Market Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, etc.) to aid in portfolio management and innovation projects.
● Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
● Conduct research and compile information as needed.
● Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executives.
● Draft and prepare emails, letters, and other correspondence.
