QA - Manual

We are looking for a QA Engineer ( Manual) having 3 - 5 Yrs Experience and find the JD and JS below   As a software engineer, your role typically involves working under supervision. You would be part of a high-performance team that you would be required to collaborate and work. You would be expected to deliver on your core skills and develop additional skills on the job.   Typical activities that would be expected are   Define and implement test strategy, test plan, and testing approach.   Identify testing scope, including functional, regression, UAT, and exploratory testing.   Ensure proper test environment setup and resource allocation.   Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and product managers for requirement analysis.   Expert in Manual testing, Automation scripting (based on the requirement) and deliver as per the scope provided by your manager.   Lead a team of manual testers, assigning tasks based on expertise .   Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.   Mentor junior testers and provide training on best practices.   Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.   Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work.   Track and report testing metrics, including defect trends and test execution status.   Provide weekly and sprint-wise QA status reports to management.   Escalate critical risks and blockers proactively.   Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users.   Validate production fixes and perform smoke testing post-release.   Track and manage defects using JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools.   Work closely with developers for bug resolution and root cause analysis.   Conduct regression testing before every release.   Document and maintain test artifacts for future reference.   Establish and enforce QA best practices and testing standards.   Drive process improvements for efficiency and better defect detection.   Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance and to showcase your work, work independently on your assigned work.     Requirements C ombined experience in Manual and Automation Testing( not mandatory)   Atleast min experience in any handling the team and implementing qa practice. Expecting the resource should have min exp in leading the QA team and handling the complete end to end QA process   Familiarity with BrowserStack for comprehensive cross-browser testing.   Strong understanding of Agile process, software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.   Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts.   Proactive attitude and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.   Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to automation testing.   Familiarity with version control tools like Git and project management tools like Jira.
