Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Project Sales Manager

. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from initial contact through to project completion, ensuring that all client needs are met with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals to clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the architectural design team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new clients.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the companys services.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project sales or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
