Experience Range: 2-5 years of Relevant Experience in programmatic ad ops.
Job Location: Noida (Sector 16 / Sector 158)
Role: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager (Subjective to the current designation & management discretion)
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Excellent Command over Google Ad Manager.- Understanding of various ad formats in Display including HTML and innovative ads.- Understanding of Video campaign set-up and deliveries.- Knowledge of campaign-related metrics like CTR, VTR, Viewability, and eligibility.- Knowledge of Reporting dashboard and scheduling of reports.
AdTech Implementation:
- Understanding of how Ad units are created.- Knowledge of implementation of ad unit on a property- Understanding of how to use Google consoles and debug errors in ad code implementation.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaign strategies.- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance and user engagement.- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Should be able to liaise with tech, sales, analytics, and SEO teams to work closely with them to drive the necessary results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.- Proven experience in a similar role focusing on digital monetization and AdTech.- Strong understanding of advertising technologies, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.- Experience with ad-serving platforms, ad exchanges, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Ability to take ownership- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

We work for 6 days and this is a work-from-office opportunity. We don't provide a Hybrid or Remote working setup.
