US HR Onboarding Specialist

As a US Onboarding Specialist your roles and responsibilities will be as below:Role and Responsibilities:- Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.- Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions and training programs.- Ensure timely completion of background checks, employment eligibility (I-9, E-Verify), and other compliance requirements.- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase.- Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers to ensure all systems, tools, and access are ready before the start date.- Maintain accurate employee record on CRM.- Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to enhance employee experience and retention.What are we looking for:- Bachelor’s degree.- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in US compliance.- Should have extensive experience working on compliance- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
