Develop close partnership with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technology solution. Guide the design and development of solutions for Supply Chain projects. Perform data driven analysis to identify areas of improvement in existing processes. Role is expected to demonstrate end to end ownership of the deliverables for business. Role should exhibit business analysis skills and strive for continuous improvement.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESPartner with the key business contacts to understand business issues, identify opportunities and take initiative to implement.Identify and prioritize opportunities with business stakeholders.Assume end to end responsibility of deliverables.Manage relationships with business, external suppliers of software, technical support and other services to achieve project objectives.Engage cross-functional teams as needed to ensure effective implementation of solutions.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation – Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Electronics/Electrical. MBA preferred.7+ years of relevant experience.Candidate should have expertise in disciplines like Business Analysis.Implementation experience with SAP core modules – Sales & Distribution, Logistics ExecutionExperience in implementing business processes like O2CKnowledge on S/4HANA implementation.Solid grasp of SAP SD integrations with other modules (i.e., FI/CO, MM etc.).Must have excellent written and verbal skills, including technical writing.Must be able to develop technical solutions to business problems and act as a bridge between business and technical team.Strong analytical skills.Ability to take ownership and drive to successful outcomes.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSUnderstand technology trends, innovative solutions, and prototyping.Understanding of CPG industry business processesUnderstanding of integration technologies like EDI, APIKnowledge of Data Architecture in Supply Chain.Understanding of vendor products in supply chain used in CPG industry i.e., TMS, OMS etc.Experience with data analytics tools.Flexibility, persistence, accompanied by quality and results orientation.Ability to work in a global, multicultural work environment and leverage virtual teams.Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.Track record as a strong team player with effective teamwork.An analytical, methodical, logical approach to problem solving, employing innovative approaches to business and technical challenges.Structured and self-disciplined approach to working – can work on own initiative.Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting activities.
