Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled trainer with a strong background in .NET full stack development and product development. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, jQuery, OOPS, MVC, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and SQL languages, along with extensive experience in C, Oracle, SQL Server, MSQL, and PostgreSQL. The trainer will play a pivotal role in training and guiding fresh engineers to become proficient associate engineers in .NET full stack development.

Engagement type : On Demand basis for 2 to 3 hour virtual sessions and week end in person sessions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deliver advanced training sessions, workshops, and hands-on exercises that align with real-world product development scenarios.

- Continuously assess trainees' progress and adapt training methods to ensure high-level proficiency.

- Create advanced learning materials, including presentations, documentation, and code samples.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, sharing insights from extensive product development experience.

- Collaborate closely with the HR and L&D teams to ensure training aligns with the company's product development goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging best practices.

- Cultivate a positive and immersive learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Training related specific expectations :

.NET Development :

- Deliver advanced training on writing clean, scalable code using .NET technologies.

- Ensure trainees stay at the forefront of terminology, concepts, and best practices for mobile and web application development.

- Guide trainees in the development of technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture.

- Assist trainees in adapting and optimizing existing web applications for mobile apps.

- Support trainees in creating and testing software prototypes.

- Help trainees design client displays and user interfaces that meet industry standards.

- Collaborate with software professionals and developers to address project-specific requirements.

- Foster a solution-oriented mindset among trainees and impart real-world product development experience.

SQL Development :

- Instruct trainees on advanced SQL skills, including complex database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

- Teach trainees to diagnose and resolve issues arising from imperfect SQL code and maintain database stability.

- Provide expert guidance on triaging and optimizing in-application SQL statements.

- Establish and advocate best practices for database usage.

Skills to be covered : .NET Core, ASP.NET, jQuery, Object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and patterns, MVC, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, SQL (Software Development), Web APIs using ASP.NET MVC, Winform, Selenium WebDriver, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Bootstrap, Windows Services, Console Application, Application Security. C, MSQL, SVN, DevOps, Troubleshooting, Agile Development.

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- 7+ Years of Product Development Experience: Significant hands-on experience in developing software products using the .NET stack.
