We have an opening for the post of  Sr. Executive/Executive Social Media for a reputed Company at the Delhi  (Okhla phase 3)  location.

Social Media

Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions. Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop social media plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity. Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms. Undertake audience research

Customer care

Be responsible for handling customer care calls. Well-coordinated with concerned section/staff/location on the spot for handling customer care calls.

Brief Outline of Duties : -

 As a social media person will manage our online presence by developing a strategy to increase our number of followers and improve our engagement rate. Observing the trend and producing good content with attractive captions, analyzing the result, facilitating, and managing projects and campaigns will also be part of your responsibility.

We are looking for an experienced and versatile social media person who is hungry to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing social media campaigns while inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day social media activities, as well as a long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Age: 22 to 30 Years

Candidates Profile :

Solid Knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter) Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization including how to improve traffic to blog posts. Excellent Communication and presentation skills in English, comfortable as a Public Speaker. Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations. 3 to 4 Years in Social Media Marketing (Preferably with a small to mid-sized FMCG brand) Male candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills, comfortable working in a team, punctual and polite.
