Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Gujarati Typist to join our advocate firm. The candidate will be responsible for typing legal documents, drafting petitions, and handling Gujarati language correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Typing legal documents, petitions, affidavits, and other official papers in Gujarati.
  • Translating and preparing documents from English to Gujarati and vice versa (if required).
  • Maintaining accurate records of case files and legal paperwork.
  • Assisting advocates in preparing case notes and documentation.
  • Proofreading typed documents to ensure correctness and clarity.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Gujarati typing (speed and accuracy a must).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Gujarati typing software/fonts.
  • Prior experience in an advocate's office or legal field.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Graduate.
  • Experience: 1–2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
