About the role:As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers and operators, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the company’s standards of professionalism and quality. Your role will combine customer interaction, operational support, and administrative responsibilities, making you a key contributor to the organization’s ongoing success.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent service to both customers and our team. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Support:Handling bookings via email, social media, and phone.Managing queries and complaints, and resolving issues efficiently.Responding to online reviews and assisting with B2B appointment scheduling.
Operator Support:Providing guidance to operators on logistical challenges.Offering solutions and supporting day-to-day operational queries.
Administrative Tasks:Preparing weekly financial statements and supporting finance-related tasks.Creating customer service and performance reports.Managing shop orders and ensuring accurate record-keepingCollation and sharing of franchisee metrics.
Proactive Contribution:Supporting continuous improvements of internal tools and processes.Collecting and analyzing review data for service enhancements.
Key Requirements:We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following skills and attributes:
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle high volume communications.Clear communication skills with a strong command of English.A calm, patient, and professional manner when resolving issues.Familiarity with regional UK and Irish accents.
Additional Requirements:Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.Skilled team player who thrives under pressure.Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Work ScheduleMonday to Friday
with occasional weekend shifts cover required.13.30pm - 22.30pm IST (08.00am - 17.00 GMT)
