Scope of this role
We are seeking a detailoriented highly analytical FP&ASenior Analyst to join our finance team.
TheFP&A Senior Analyst will primarily assist with financialforecasting budgeting modeling and
variance analysis tosupport strategic decisionmaking across the organization. The idealcandidate
should have strong financial modeling skillsdata analytics skills and excellent communication
abilities.
Responsibilities
Drivemissioncritical financial reporting and analytics (planningforecasting budgeting
monthly & quarterlyvariance analysis etc.) for a large company
Ensurestandard reports are produced & available as per stipulatedtimelines across all the
verticals/business units.Ensure accuracy and completeness at all times
Closelytrack variances from operating plans and forecasts; proactivelyidentify possible
remediation measures by workingclosely with the business partners
Drive buildout ofadvanced analytics for respective areas along with measurement ofkey
KPI metrics(revenue/expense / capex and cash) suchas churn metrics adherence to
pricing and discountingguidelines revenue/EBITDA walks etc
Partner withbusiness teams on delivering analytics through dashboards data andinsights
to drive key business decisions and supportnegotiations
Support the FP&A organizationthrough endtoend finance transformation drive
standardization and automation of reporting across theorganization

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Financerequired with certifications in data modeling and
analytics preferred
Prior Finance (35 years minimum)FP&A/ reporting/data analytics experience across
revenue expense cash or capex
Experience with analyticstools such as SAP Analytics Cloud Power BI Google DataStudio
and spreadsheet tools (excel Google Sheets) isrequired
Sound fundamentals on financial knowledgeanalytical/data modeling ability and sound
understandingof the media ecosystem including some understanding ofproducts
and services
