Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Senior Level – 10+ Years) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week) Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST Interview Process: 2 Rounds (First round may be conducted at Equinix Bangalore office or Supplier location) Required Qualifications 10+ years of overall software development experience 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience 3+ years experience with ITOM / CMDB modules Technical Skill Requirements Core ServiceNow Expertise: Strong implementation experience in CSM, ITSM (problem/change), ITOM (CMDB/discovery/mapping) ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Orchestration Strong understanding of Mid Server architecture & integrations Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs (Inbound/Outbound), Web Service Orchestration Experience in OAuth2.0/Basic authentication and structured data handling (JSON/XML ) ITOM / CMDB Capabilities: Understanding of CMDB data models, class relationships & dependencies Experience with CMDB Health Dashboards, Discovery, data certification Service Mapping for end-to-end business service visibility Hands-on MID Server configuration, credentials management, probe & sensor tuning Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server-based integrations, data sync pipelines Interested?
