Job Summary

This Risk Reporting Analyst, Senior is a subject matter expert on risk analysis and monitoring across multiple pillars and business areas including, but not limited to, operational risk, compliance risk and credit risk. This person analyzes and monitors key risk indicators across the risk pillars to identify actionable insights and make recommendations to leadership based upon these insights, helping to drive risk assessment and risk mitigation efforts. Additionally, this position is involved in helping to establish a strong risk monitoring and reporting infrastructure, a robust data governance framework, and a business intelligence platform within the Risk Monitoring, Reporting, and Analytics team.

Essential Job Functions

Reporting : The Ability to take complex data from numerous large repository and transform the same to Business Requirements; Prepares Dashboards with metrics including data analysis based on that trending and can Create and Report data visualization in a meaningful manner for the business stakeholders also Publish weekly and monthly scrub reports utilized to ensure integrity of data for complaints and issues.

Stakeholder Management : Attends business meetings, understand requirements and transform data into impactful business information. Monitors, analyzes and reports key risk metrics and other data sets that will be readily available for reporting.

Project Management : Prioritizes and Completes ad hoc reporting request originating from all areas of the business. A subject matter expert on risk analysis, risk monitoring, and report design and delivery. Create and analyze key risk metrics and other data sets, turning data into actionable insights. Negotiates, facilitates, and presents information in an articulate, professional, and digestible manner.

Analytics and Documentation : Make recommendations to senior leadership regarding updates and enhancements needed based on analysis. Perform analysis on key processes and propose process improvement plans to risk monitoring and reporting framework. Automate existing reports and develop new reports utilizing SAS. Lead initiative to migrate data to SAS and the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Leverage BI systems to develop dashboards and self-service reports.

Applies knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to execute daily work. Influences change, prioritizes efforts on critical initiatives, and works to identify find solutions to opportunities. Develop key word scans and text mining to identify higher-risk complaints and issues.

Minimum Qualifications :

Degree Required: Bachelor’s or Engineering Degree

Area of Study: Business, Information Technology, Finance

Years of Work Experience Required: Five to Eight

Type / focus of work experience required: Data Visualization, Risk Reporting, Big Data, Data Analyst
