Job Summary:

BluePond.AI, is a Gen-AI powered PaaS startup helping organizations in the Insurance industry drive operational excellence.


We are looking for Sr Manager/AVP Operations with 10+ years of experience to join our Operations team. The candidate shall drive operational excellence and strategic growth.


Your expertise in commercial insurance coupled with your strategic vision shall propel BluePond to achieve unparalleled success in meeting the evolving needs of business while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining P&C clients
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of the business
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, share best practices, and develop action plans for continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team leads to develop their skills and expertise
  • Prepare all MIS/ Analysis related to the account and transform the tracked data into insightful analytics
  • Identify scope of improvements at all customer touch points
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business objectives
  • Manage the entire process and be responsible for ongoing delivery of SLAs
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and business metrics
  • Create a participative work environment and thereby facilitate employee satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance(P&C), with a proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams
  • Master's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is mandatory
  • Ability to perform under pressure and be prepared to innovate and actively seek out-of-the-box solutions
  • Ability to establish strong client relationship and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex information to a range of audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Knowledge of operational best practices, including quality control, performance management, and process improvement
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software, including Microsoft Office, project management tools, and other relevant applications
  • Should be able to work and communicate across multiple time zones and cultures
