JobOverview: The Warehouse Manager is responsible foroverseeing all warehouse operations including inventory managementlogistics safety and ensuring the effective and efficientmanagement of resources. This role is pivotal in maintaining theaccuracy of physical and book inventory records adhering to safetystandards and ensuring timely dispatches. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in foundry manufacturing industries and aprofound understanding of inventory analysis andmanagement.


Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manageand oversee all warehouse activities ensuring they are executed ina safe efficient and costeffectivemanner.
  • Maintaindetailed inventory reports using MS Office Excel and PowerPoint andensure the accuracy of physical versus book inventorymonthly.
  • Ensureall warehouse operations adhere to industrial safety standards andprotocols.
  • Superviseand direct the documentation of all foundry reports deliveringcomprehensive updates to top management and clients asrequired.
  • Managestore operations with a focus on optimizing space utilizationdispatch efficiency and timely job completion with highquality.
  • Implementand oversee an effective inventory management system with a depthof knowledge in ERP systems related to storesaccounting.
  • Developand apply inventory analysis methods such as ABC and costingmethods for accurate inventoryvaluation.
  • Leadand manage teams fostering a collaborative environment to meetoperationalgoals.
  • Coordinatewith vendors and contractors to ensure that operations meet thelatest industry safety standards and manufacturingprocesses.

  • Masters degree in Materials Management Bachelor of Engineering (BE) orequivalent experience in a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in a managerial role within a foundry manufacturingindustry.

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all warehouse activities,ensuring they are executed in a safe, efficient, and cost-effectivemanner.
