We are looking for RPA ProgramManager with 712 Years of Experience for our esteemed client forMumbai Location.

Roles andResponsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plansfor RPA deployment across multiple business units aligning withorganizational goals.
2. ProjectManagement: Expertise in project planning scheduling reporting riskmanagement and resource allocation. Proficient with projectmanagement tools (e.g. MS ProjectJIRA).
3. Communication: Excellentclientfacing and internal communication abilities alongsidesuperior written and verbal communicationskills.
4. Leadership: Strongleadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivatingand directing project teams towards achievinggoals.
5. Technical Understanding:Broad knowledge of RPA tools and technologies with the ability toguide technical decisions at the programlevel.
6. Sales/Cross Sales: Goodunderstanding of AAI ecosystem so appropriate products could besuggested to fulfill customer needs. Proposal and SOW creationskills are required.
7. Open towork from client location
8. Opento work on the 1st 3rd and 5th Saturdays ofmonth.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Business Administration ora related field. MBA degree is an addedadvantage.
2. Experience: Minimum7 years of IT experience with at least 35 years of projectmanagement experience and a minimum of 1 year dedicated to managingRPA (Robotic Process Automation)projects.
3. Certifications: PMP/PRINCE II certification is aplus.
