Qualification : Graduate/PG (BE / B Tech/ MBA/ B.Stat from a Premier Institute)

Experience : Minimum 4 + years as Quality & Process Excellence/ Consulting practitioner & total 9 -10 years of overall Experience

Experience Breakup:

-Quality / Process Excellence/ Consulting-Preferably Trust & Safety/ Content Moderation experienc

Essential Hiring Skills:

-Strong functional knowledge of Six Sigma, Statistical tools, Quality& Process re-engineering-Change management skills & Facilitation Skills-Problem Solving tools / analytical skills Exposure to ISO, CMMi or COPC will be added advantage Consulting experience in Shared Services Set up/BPO space is desirable-Excellent Interpersonal and leadership skill

Good to have Hiring Skills:

Program management & change management Problem solving tools/ analytical skills Excellent communication / interpersonal, facilitation skills High energy level, confident, assertive and team player

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving quality initiatives for Wipro / Client Accounts.-Working with dispersed cross functional teams on organizational process (re)-design or industry specific business processes- Leveragebusiness optimization & innovation tools & application forprocess re-engineering

-Benchmarkingprocesses, Mgmt dashboard set up & building the best practices repository.-Changeplanning and management for deployment of re-designed processes and best practices for large teams without reporting relationship- Facilitating workshops, remote groups and leading process diagnostic for articulationof process issues and solution formulatio

Mandatory Skills: Quality .
