Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in Greater Noida or Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, and other SRE practices.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining high system availability.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Management & Automation :

- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on Azure using Terraform.

- Automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure using Ansible and other automation tools.

- Optimize cloud resource usage for cost-efficiency and reliability.

CI/CD Pipeline Development :

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline deployment processes.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth code integration and deployment.

- Implement best practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment.

Site Reliability Engineering :

- Apply SRE principles to enhance the reliability and scalability of production systems.

- Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to measure system reliability.

- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.

Monitoring & Incident Management :

- Implement and maintain monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar to ensure proactive system monitoring.

- Set up alerts and dashboards for real-time system health monitoring.

- Participate in on-call rotations, responding to incidents and ensuring timely resolution.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and operations, to foster a culture of collaboration.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to promote knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Extensive experience with the Azure cloud platform and its services.

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

- Strong knowledge of configuration management tools, particularly Ansible.

- Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar.

- Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Problem-Solving :

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions
