Role Objective: This role involves strategizing and implementing sales processes, training anddevelopment programs, and performance measurement systems that align with our company'svision and mission. He is also tasked with building and scaling sales operations to drive revenuegrowth and expand the company's market presence.

Must-Have Qualifications & Aptitude:● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce or related field. An advanceddegree (e.g. MBA) is preferred.● 7+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, sales effectiveness in thetechnology services field.● Must Have Experience in Outbound Lead generation ( Digital).● Can Manage Alliances and Partnership with clients and Stakeholders.● Able to manage and Maintain revenue pipeline and forecast.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strongrelationships with team members, clients, and partners.● Should be able to deeply analyze existing customer accounts to uncover hiddenopportunities, needs, or potential for upselling and cross-selling. (AccountMining)● Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and the ability to alignsales strategies with client product goals.Good-to-Have Qualifications & Aptitude:● Experience working with CRM software and sales performance tools● Familiarity with the US, UK, and Indian markets, with a network of potential leads andpartners.● Experience with inside sales, sales ops/sales effectiveness functions● Training in sales methodologies and leadership development.

Responsibilities● Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’svision and mission, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.● Oversee the sales process to ensure it is efficient and effective, incorporating bestpractices and innovative tools where applicable.● Build and develop a sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills andknowledge to achieve their targets.● Regularly report on sales activities and progress towards company goals to theBoard.
