Job Specification/ Responsibilities Officer- M & E (TB):

Assist in data collection, entry, and analysis.

Maintain M&E databases and records.

Support the preparation of regular M&E reports.

Assist in the assessments.

Conduct field visits to verify data and monitor progress.

Collaborate with the M&E Expert to improve data quality.

Ensure timely reporting to meet grant requirements.

Any other task assigned by the reporting manager as & when required.

Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, population studies, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience.

Computer Skills- MS-OFFICE (Advanced Excel, Word, Internet, Power Point).

Good Communication (verbal & written in English & Hindi)

Ability to maintain data confidentiality

Good Analytical & Problem solving ability

Good presentation skills

Working exposure in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage
