- Support BD in determining scope of Biz enquiry by customer.
- Respond to BD team queries for technical and costing related concerns, provide support in proposal defense.
- Determine the pricing for the product after gathering insights from market, customers & concern stake holders (internal & external).
- Identify any prior Navin Molecular (NFIL) history for subjected/ Similar compound/ customer (repeated / new).
- Coordinate with concerned stakeholders & departments to ensure hindrance free, on time quotation preparation & submission.
- Prepare proposal addressing RFQ requirements and detailing Navin’s offer.
- Prepare norms based on prior campaign experience/ improvements from latest process developments available for a repeat request. Identify any critical parameters and areas for improvement.
- Assess available technical package (customer / literature) for new items. Consider relevant precedent and technical risks in establishing new chemistry. Establish if any safety hazard exists that would preclude working on new process. Prepare norms on successful conclusion of these discussion with concern department.
- Cross-check available commercial catalogues for reference pricing.
- Take lead in preparation for costing file & coordinate with cross functional team to resolve any issues and collate data for all necessary inputs to costing file.
Document all RFQs live in quotation tracker sheet (compound name, client name, received date, submission date, status etc)
