Job Title: Lead FTTH Wireline- Delivery

Job Summary: The FTTH-Wireline Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, Supervising wireline FTTH delivery, managing team, and providing technical support on field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on solution and delivery for links FTTH connectivity.
  • On ground coordination with NOC /Field team/ Planning/ SCM as per BAU.
  • Skill Set required- Transport Nwt/NWT topology/Router and Switching/FTTH fiber connectivity.
  • Define customer impacting KPIs, review and monitor processes and continuously improve customer support processes.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, project delivery towards customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular Field visits for service migrations & night activates like BW upgradations & swapping activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Knowledge about FTTH connectivity and transport network and fiber connections.
  • Familiarity with All Delivery related tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights and weekends,
