Job Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced PLC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in automation and electrical drives & motors, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems and PLC-based control systems in our manufacturing unit.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement PLC-based control systems for the manufacturing process.Sound knowledge in Servo MotorsSound knowledge in AutomationMaintain and improve the performance of existing software.Provide training and support to the maintenance and production teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems.Analyze and monitor the efficiency and stability of the system.Ensure all automated systems are compliant with industry standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in ECE, EEE, CS or related field.Proven experience as a PLC Engineer in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of electrical drives & motors.Proficiency with PLC programming and automation.Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and team management skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in the manufacturing of high-end mobile fixtures.Knowledge of safety standards in the manufacturing industry.
