- Experience in Backend Development.
- High proficiency in Python 3.0+ programming
- Good experience in object oriented software development
- Good problem solving ability
- Given a design should be able to implement with minimal guidance
- Should be able to learn and pickup new skills faster in reasonable amount of time
- Should be self-motivated and diligent in work and have strong sense of ownership
- Expertise/Knowledge in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid)
- Proficiency is RDBMS(Postgres, MySQL) queries or NoSQL expected
- Good be through in testing developed code consider corner scenarios, PyTest & Coverage is a plus
- Fluency with a version control system - Git
- Knowledge of containerization like Docker will be a plus
- Knowledge / experience on AWS/Azure Cloud will be a plus.
- Data Modelling experience is mandatory.
- Good Knowledge of Python Design Patterns is a plus.
- Good Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability
- Strong sense of ownership and drive.
- Experience with micro services architecture would be a plus.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be receptive to feedback and show measurable diligence in handling tasks
