Broad Role & Responsibility
Industrial relations management: Knowledgeable in IR related
issues and responsible to take care of any IR issues related to employees and workers.
Recruitment management: Responsible to process all
recruitment needs of the company including collecting open
position forms from various managers, sending out these
requests to various consultants and searching through web
portals, screening candidates, setting appointments for
interviews, and all other activities till the candidate joins the company.
Attendance management: Responsible to capture and report
attendance details of all employees and workers including processing.
Statutory compliance: Ensure statutory compliance of PF,
ESI, PT, Inspector of Factories, etc. and interact with such agencies as required.
