Blutic is looking for a Data Integration Developer (Level 1) with 1-3 yrs experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes and reports using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server under the guidance of senior team members. This entry-level role is ideal for developers looking to grow their skills in enterprise data solutions while contributing to critical client projects.This is a 100% long term remote opportunity. The candidate should be willing to work in 9 hrs shift anywhere between 11am-11pm IST with an overlap of 3-4 hrs on Pacific time zone.Core Requirements:1-3 years experience with SQL Server (T-SQL fundamentals)Basic understanding of SSIS/SSRS conceptsFamiliarity with relational database principlesKey Responsibilities1. Development SupportAssist in building basic SSIS packages for data extraction and transformationHelp develop simple SSRS reports with guidance from senior developersWrite and modify basic SQL queries and scriptsPerform data validation and testing of developed solutions2. Team ParticipationWork closely with Level 2/3 developers to implement solutionsParticipate in code reviews and learn best practicesMaintain documentation of work in Confluence/JiraAttend and contribute to daily stand-ups3. Learning & GrowthDevelop understanding of client's data architectureLearn to troubleshoot basic ETL process issuesGain exposure to Agile development methodologiesRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsTools:Willingness to learn Azure DevOps, Jira, ConfluenceSoft SkillsStrong willingness to learn and grow technical skillsBasic problem-solving abilitiesGood communication skills for team collaborationEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldInternship or academic project experience with databasesAny entry-level Microsoft certifications are a plus
