Job Description :

- OWASP certification is Mandatory

- Conduct thorough penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and red team engagements across the infrastructure, applications, and network environments.

- Execute red-team attacks on customer environments, replicating real attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures.

- Develop custom tools and frameworks to exploit novel vulnerabilities or automate tasks for the team.

- Develop and execute comprehensive red team scenarios to simulate advanced and persistent threats, providing insights into potential weaknesses and areas for improvement.

- Identifying vulnerabilities and weaknesses in an organization's security posture.

- Testing the effectiveness of security controls and countermeasures.

- Demonstrate your findings with proof-of-concept exploits.

- Collect evidence and maintain a detailed write-up of the findings.

- Understand and explain the results with their impact on business.

- Explain and demonstrate vulnerabilities to application/system owners.

- Provide appropriate remediation and mitigations of the identified vulnerabilities. Individually or collaboratively review the system designs, source code, configurations, and communications for security gaps.

- Deliver results within stipulated timelines. Communicate well using verbal and written skills, both within and outside the team.

- Employ various testing methodologies, tools, and techniques to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.

- Perform Active Directory attacks and use various methodologies for active directory security assessments.

- Utilize both manual and automated testing techniques to identify vulnerabilities.

- Create use cases tailored to different clients incorporating relevant standards.

- Continuously improve penetration testing methodologies and tools.

- Perform security research and come up with new attack techniques and tactics.

- Think outside the box and come up with new attack vectors and approaches.

- Design, propose, and safely execute multifaceted red team operations.

- Design and implement social engineering assessments to gauge the effectiveness of security awareness training and pinpoint potential human vulnerabilities.

- Keep up to date with emerging security technologies, tools, and methodologies, actively contributing to the advancement new techniques and procedures.

- Thoroughly document methodologies, tools, and findings, actively sharing knowledge across the wider cybersecurity team to nurture a culture of continual learning and improvement.

- Document findings and recommendations in clear, concise, and actionable reports.

- Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and industry best practices to continually enhance testing methodologies.

- Perform application penetration testing utilizing automated tools, tailored exploits, and manual analysis.

- Understanding of leading vulnerability scoring standards, such as CVSS, and ability to translate vulnerability severity as security risk.
