Ltd. is looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in creating seamless and visually appealing digital experiences.  The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user experience (UX) strategy and user interface (UI) design , with the ability to transform ideas into intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging products across web and mobile platforms.  Key Responsibilities   Conduct user research, persona development, journey mapping, and competitor analysis .  Design wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, mockups, and interactive user flows .  Create pixel-perfect UI designs with a focus on responsiveness and accessibility.  Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component libraries .  Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.  Perform usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and collect feedback to iterate designs.  Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to analyze user behavior and improve designs.  Keep updated with latest design trends, emerging tools, and UX/UI best practices .  Work in Agile/Scrum methodology , actively contributing to sprint planning and reviews.  Technical Skills (Must-Have)   Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.  Prototyping Tools: InVision, Axure, Principle, Marvel, or similar.  Wireframing & Collaboration: Miro, Balsamiq, Whimsical, Jira, Confluence, Trello.  Design Systems: Experience with Material Design, Fluent UI, or custom scalable systems.  Usability & Accessibility: Knowledge of WCAG standards, ARIA guidelines, responsive design .  UX Research & Testing: Proficiency in user interviews, usability testing, surveys, heatmaps .  Frontend Awareness (Good to Have): Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for better dev collaboration.  Cross-Platform Expertise: Designing for Web, iOS, and Android platforms.  Preferred Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field .  Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects (concept → execution).  Knowledge of motion design & micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie).  Familiarity with responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material UI).  Exposure to version control tools (Git), Storybook, or developer handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Inspect) .  Soft Skills   Excellent communication & presentation skills.  Strong problem-solving & analytical thinking .  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment .  Keen attention to detail with a user-first mindset.  Why Join Enterfirst Pvt.
