Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Operations at Brisil Technologies Private Limited in Halol. The Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing resources, optimizing processes, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.QualificationsProven experience in operations management and process optimizationExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of safety regulations and complianceAbility to drive and manage change in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in engineering or related fieldExperience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
