Technical Project Manager/Engineering Manager(Banking Domain Exp is must)Experience Required: 12+ yearsLocation: HyderabadAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager cum Engineering Manager to lead complex, enterprise-grade technology programs across cloud, full-stack development, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a dual-role requiring deep technical expertise in backend and frontend technologies, combined with strong program governance, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and driving innovation through modern technology stacks and Agile practices.Key Responsibilities:Engineering Leadership- Architect and oversee development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core, Java, React/Angular, Web APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases- Lead cloud-native application development and migration on Azure/AWS, leveraging services like AKS, App Services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines- Drive adoption of DevSecOps, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practicesProgram & Project Management- Lead multi-million-dollar programs with full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and quality- Implement Agile/SAFe methodologies across distributed teams; facilitate PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and release planning- Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and DORA metrics to drive delivery excellence- Manage risk, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and change control in regulated environments (BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance)People & Stakeholder Management- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (30+ engineers) across geographies- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and C-level stakeholders to align technology with business goals- Drive talent development, performance management, and succession planningMust-Have Qualifications:- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technical project/program management- Proven track record in .NET/Java full-stack development, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and Agile delivery- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and API management- Hands-on experience in leading large-scale digital transformation and cloud migration programs and experienced on fixed bid projects- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skillsPreferred Certifications:- PMP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certifications- Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloud Certifications- Generative AI or AI/ML exposure (preferred but not mandatory)
