Tes missions seront d'accompagner les Product Owner dans l'application de la méthodologie agile :

  • Collecter et comprendre les besoins auprès des Product Owner,
  • Animer les cérémonies agiles telles que les réunions quotidiennes et la planification de la roadmap,
  • Coacher l'équipe sur les valeurs agiles,
  • Suivre et mettre à jour les tâches des ressources transverses travaillant sur le périmètre dans les différents outils internes,
  • Diriger et participer aux chantiers techniques,
  • Gérer le planning des livraisons et assurer le suivi de la conformité par rapport au périmètre,
  • Assurer le suivi et la cohérence de la production, incluant le suivi des développements, des plannings, des délais et des charges.

Profil

Profil :

Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure en informatique,

Expérience en tant que Scrum Master sur des projets impactant.

  • Autonomie,
  • Curiosité et ténacité,
  • Capacité d'écoute et sens de l'organisation.
