Position Overview:

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to manage daily back-office operations at our Indore Depot. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and computer systems. Knowledge of Tally will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operations and documentation
  • Prepare and manage reports, MIS, and data analysis in Excel
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, invoices, and dispatches
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updates in system entries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong command over MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and documentation
  • Tally knowledge preferred (added advantage)
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in back-office/accounts will be an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
