Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team at Vizlogic Digital Solutions Private Limited. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive visualizations and reports for our clients. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Power BI development and a solid understanding of ETL processes, SQL Server, MS Excel, databases, and the retail domain. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

5 to 7 years of experience in Power BI developmentStrong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing conceptsProficiency in SQL Server and data querying languages (e.g., T-SQL)Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and its advanced featuresExperience working with databases and data modelingFamiliarity with the retail domain and its data analysis requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a teamAttention to detail and accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain interactive visualizations and reports using Power BIDesign, develop, and implement data models, data visualizations, and dashboardsWork closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirementsExtract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BIEnsure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checksOptimize and tune performance of Power BI reports and dashboardsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and data sourcesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for reporting purposesStay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data visualization techniques
