Advanced System Administrators have effective communication skills, problem-solving skills, experience with managing servers and SMB network infrastructures and advanced experience in end-user support. Success for them is when they can confidently interact with the user and solve a complex infrastructure-related problem.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and Undergraduate with minimum 4 years of experienceAt least 4-5 Years of experience in IT Domain working for USA/EMEA/UK clientsExperience of working with teams of English-speaking countriesExcellent customer service skills
Requirement:
Hands-on experience on user Active directory administration & managementHands-on experience with user Office 365 administration & managementAdvance knowledge of Windows 10 diagnosis and troubleshootingAdvance knowledge of Windows server roles i.e., AD, FNP, DHCP, DNS, RDSAdvanced knowledge of Application support and troubleshootingGood understanding of AzureWindows networking basics and management i.e., Firewalls, Switches, ISP,Understanding of BackupsUnderstanding of VMware and Hyper-VRoot Cause Analysis and Incident Analysis/Trending
