We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Programmer Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development and analysis, with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions.

As a Senior Programmer Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing user requirements, designing technical solutions, and leading development teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Responsibilities :

Software Development :

- Design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet business requirements and technical specifications.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages and technologies such as Java, Python, C#, etc.

System Analysis and Design :

- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system design documents.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical solutions to address them.

Database Design and Management :

- Design and implement database schemas, tables, and queries to support software applications.

- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security.

Application Integration :

- Integrate software applications with existing systems and third-party APIs to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability.

- Implement and maintain integration solutions using technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, etc.

Code Review and Quality Assurance :

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

- Perform unit testing and participate in quality assurance activities to identify and fix defects in the software.

Documentation and Technical Writing :

- Prepare technical documentation including system design documents, user manuals, and release notes.

- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Technical Skills Required :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, etc.

- Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring, Django, ASP.NET, etc.

- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).

- Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN) and build automation tools (e.g. Maven, Gradle).

- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e. g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in software development and analysis roles.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
