Purpose of the role


We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Growth Director to lead our digital growth of Orange Business. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance our online presence, drive customer engagement, optimize conversion rates, and maximize digital marketing ROI. You will deliver and leverage valuable and actionable data-driven insights to drive digital growth, personalization and customer satisfaction as competitive advantage across our global online presence.


Main missions


Digital growth strategy development : Develop and implement a comprehensive digital growth strategy aligned with organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry best practices to drive measurable results.


Customer Acquisition and Conversion Optimization:

Lead initiatives to increase customer acquisition and usages through various digital channels, including website optimization, SEO, SEM and email campaigns.

Optimize conversion rates across digital platforms to maximize lead generation and sales opportunities.

Work closely with the customer marketing team to develop and optimize content marketing, marketing campaigns, SEA and social media advertising.

Support key customers usage and channel adoption


Performance Analytics and Reporting:

Establish key metrics (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives.

Implement the right tracking and tooling (Tag manager System, web tracking, user feedback, UX, session recording, A/B tests, data visualisation etc.) to produce these key metrics and guarantee Data Quality

Conduct in-depth analysis of digital customer journeys, website performance and marketing campaigns to identify and drive growth opportunities for improvement.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • digital growth at the highest level of the organization.
  • closely with the entities involved in the digital transformation plan (Digital, Business Lines, Operations Services, Sales Channels, IT entities and Finance teams) to align digital growth initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution of digital strategies.


Team Leadership and Development:

Your profile:

Experience

  • digital growth experience (15+ years) in digital-led organization
  • years of experience in positions of leadership, with a proven track-record of driving digital growth in a B2B environment.
