We are building a brand that owns the word “Clarity” in finance — and content is at the heart of this mission. We’re seeking a Content Writer who can blend storytelling with financial expertise to: Craft engaging CRM content across Whats App, email, push notifications, and in-app comms that drives customer engagement, retention, and referrals. Write thought leadership pieces (articles, blogs, whitepapers, Linked In posts) to position Prosperr. Support performance marketing with ad copies, landing page content, and campaign messaging that convert. This role requires agility to move between short-form CRM comms and long-form brand-building narratives, always staying consistent with Prosperr.io’s brand voice. CRM & Lifecycle Content Build persona-specific content flows for both salaried professionals and CFOs. Collaborate with Growth/CRM teams to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and open/click rates. Thought Leadership & Brand Content Research and draft insightful articles, Linked In posts, and whitepapers on tax-tech, payroll innovation, compliance, and employee financial wellness. Ensure content reinforces Prosperr. Performance Marketing Copy Write crisp, high-impact ad copies (Google, Meta, Linked In) that drive CTRs. Brand Alignment Translate complex tax/finance concepts into accessible, engaging language. 2–5 years of content writing experience, preferably in fintech / BFSI / Saa S startups. ~ Proven track record of writing lifecycle CRM content (emails, Whats App, app notifications) that engages and converts. ~ Strong portfolio of thought leadership content (blogs, Linked In articles, whitepapers) for B2 B audiences. ~ Familiarity with financial products (taxes, payroll, compliance, lending, investments). ~ Comfort with performance-driven copywriting (ads, landing pages, campaign CTAs). ~ Basic exposure to SEO, Linked In growth content, and storytelling frameworks. A CRM content specialist who understands customer journeys and how to keep users engaged. io’s brand credibility with CFOs, HR heads, and senior professionals. Someone who can switch seamlessly between tactical campaign copy and narrative-driven long-form content. Shape the voice of a category-defining fintech brand.
